How To Use:

Mix the pigment powder and activator according to your desired consistency and intensity. Apply evenly to clean hair while wearing the included gloves and ear protectors. Leave on for the recommended processing time, then rinse thoroughly and admire your life choices.

Notes:

⚠️ Patch test before use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Results may vary depending on starting hair colour and condition.

  • Best suited for pre-lightened hair
  • Does not work effectively on black hair
  • Recommended starting ratio: 1:1 pigment to conditioner
  • Add more pigment for a bolder result or less for softer pastel tones

How long does order processing take?

Online orders are processed from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed (POP received) and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day.

All orders are subject to a 1-4 working day processing time prior to shipping.

What are your delivery options?

We have three options available. Standard courier delivery, delivery to a PUDO locker as well as express courier delivery. All orders are shipped from Cape Town.

Standard courier delivery to your door via PUDO [1-3 working days] | R79

This option includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier. You can track your order online and it will be delivered to your door.

Standard courier delivery to the nearest locker via PUDO [1-3 working days] | R65

Express courier delivery via TCG [overnight to 48 hours to main cities] | R155
