How long does order processing take?

Online orders are processed from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed (POP received) and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day.

All orders are subject to a 1-4 working day processing time prior to shipping. During sales or order surges, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, your order is in the queue and will be packed as quickly as possible.

What are your delivery options?

We have two options available. Standard courier delivery, delivery to a PUDO locker as well as express courier delivery. All orders are shipped from Cape Town.

Standard courier delivery to your door via PUDO [1-3 working days] | R85

This option includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier. You can track your order online and it will be delivered to your door.

Standard courier delivery to the nearest locker via PUDO [1-3 working days] | R65

First your order is processed.

Processing Time: 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday)

Then, your order is dispatched the courier with your chosen delivery method.

Transit Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time: 2-7 business days

How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders are a little way of securing your favourite items before the next shipment lands, especially when stock is moving fast.πŸ’œ

Each pre-order product will clearly show the estimated arrival time of the incoming stock. Once the shipment has arrived with us, we’ll let you know, and you’ll receive another notification as soon as your parcel has been packed and dispatched.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived. If you order multiple pre-order items with different arrival dates, your order will ship once all items are available.

Please keep in mind that arrival dates are estimates and can occasionally shift due to courier, customs or supplier delays outside of our control.
