The perfect tool for that added peace of mind when travelling or even just in your home as an extra layer of safety....because let's be honest, this is South Africa.

Travelling and just not 100% sure of hotel safety…especially when staying alone? No security system at home or want to be extra vigilant? This is the safety tool for you. No seriously!

Designed for those with absolutely no time to waste, the Bella Instalock installs in seconds without the need for any tools and seamlessly fits onto most standard doors. It's robust construction offers a formidable barrier against unexpected intrusions thus allowing you the peace of mind to relax whether at home or travelling.

Because at the end of the day, it's not just about safety- it's about freedom. The freedom to travel solo, to stay in new places and to feel safe at home- knowing that your personal space remains just that- personal.

Features:

  • Compact and Lightweight
  • Durable construction means it's made to withstand forced entry attempts
  • Effortless installation- NO tools required
  • Universal compatibility= designed to fit a variety of inward swinging doors including those in hotels, Airbnbs, dormitories and of course at home.

Want to bundle up and enhance your safety? Check out the Instalocks' companion- Our Portable Safety Door Alarm.

How long does order processing take?

Online orders are processed from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed (POP received) and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day.

All orders are subject to a 1-4 working day processing time prior to shipping. During sales or order surges, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, your order is in the queue and will be packed as quickly as possible.

What are your delivery options?

We have two options available. Standard courier delivery, delivery to a PUDO locker as well as express courier delivery. All orders are shipped from Cape Town.

Standard courier delivery to your door via PUDO [1-3 working days] | R85

This option includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier. You can track your order online and it will be delivered to your door.

Estimated Delivery Times

Here's what to expect after you place an order online.

First your order is processed.

Processing Time: 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday)

Then, your order is dispatched the courier with your chosen delivery method.

Transit Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time: 2-7 business days

Please note: During sales, promotions or unexpected order surges, processing times may be temporarily extended.

How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders are a little way of securing your favourite items before the next shipment lands, especially when stock is moving fast.💜

Each pre-order product will clearly show the estimated arrival time of the incoming stock. Once the shipment has arrived with us, we’ll let you know, and you’ll receive another notification as soon as your parcel has been packed and dispatched.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived. If you order multiple pre-order items with different arrival dates, your order will ship once all items are available.

Please keep in mind that arrival dates are estimates and can occasionally shift due to courier, customs or supplier delays outside of our control.

Do you offer payment plans?

We never want financial stress to stand between you and your personal safety.

For that reason, we offer payment plan options at checkout through trusted buy-now-pay-later partners (where available), so you can secure your tools today and pay in installments.

What payment options are accepted?

Our website is SSL secured and encrypted. We accept payments via the amazing YOCO online gateway which is protected by advanced 3D-Secure technology as well as EFT payments as well as Peach Payments– which offers a host of options from Mobicred to ZeroPay to allow you to complete your payment.
